For students who are eligible for Horizontal Transfer, definite registration dates are 04.09.2023-05.09.2023

During the Definite Registration, the originals of the Application Documents (electronically approved/wet signed) must be submitted.

Required Documents:

- Document stating that there is no obstacle to horizontal transfer (original of the wet signed approved document)

Note:

- Due to the commencement of the Mandatory Arabic Preparatory class in our Faculty as of the Fall Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, those who are not exempt from the preparatory class within the framework of the relevant regulations are required to attend the preparatory class.

- Those who have studied and succeeded in the Arabic preparatory class are required to submit the originals of their documents (electronically approved/wet signed) during the Definite Registration. In addition, a photocopy of the identity card and 3 photographs must be submitted during the definite registration.

- Definite registration procedures will be carried out face to face.
